Womens Saree

Sarees are the show stopper to every gathering. It adds glamour and grace to a woman’s persona. It is one of the most popular dress code of south Asian women, and is considered as perfect for different occasions like marriages, festivals and birth of child. A  saree is a rectangular piece of cloth about 5 to 9m in length, worn with a tightly fitted blouse known as choli and the final length of the sari hanging from the women’s shoulder is called pallu. The style, color and texture of a sari vary from one another, with its print, embroidery, mirror work etc. The most charming feature about a saree is that, it can fit any women. The different ways of draping a saree indicates the status, age, region and religion of a woman.


 

The saree is the perfect garment for Indian women, because it conceals those bulges around the thighs. Although it can conceal large hips, it shows off every spare inch of your tummy. The saree is the best bet to those having a slim waist and large hips. Several important occasions in Hindu culture witness the importance of the saree. The occasional dress of a bride in different parts of India is the saree. Saree enhances an increases the beauty, personality and importance of a woman.


 

To look more beautiful, tall and attractive slim women should wear Cotton sari, Tissue sari, or silk sari. Short women need to wear saris with small borders or no borders and position of the lining of the sari if there is one need to appear horizontal to the earth so as to look tall and beautiful. Tall woman should wear sari with big border, and also position the lining of the sari if there is one to appear parallel to the earth so as to look beautiful and attractive. Fair complexion women need to wear dark colors and the dark complexioned woman should wear light colors to look more attractive.

 

There are saris made of fine fabric and different type of handiwork such as zari, embroidery, sequins, beads, bandez etc. Silk saris have earned a lot of accolades around the world. Some of the famous varieties of silk are – Kanchipuram silk, Banarasi silk and also Tanchoi silk. The exquisite designs and heavy brocades are worth a purchase. The shine and luster of Indian silk saris not only lasts long but also outshines other garments. Now days printed saree is commonly worn by the Indian ladies.  The sareee has changed a lot over the years.
